Privacy Rights and Grievances
Effective and last reviewed: 20 October 2026
1. Company and designated contact
Webinnovators Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, CIN U72900WB2019OPC235194. Registered office: C/O MD MOZAHIRUL HAQUE, PANCHANANTALA ROAD, KORMOKARER GALI PROFESSOR, PRANTIK COLONY, MURSHIDABAD, West Bengal, India – 742101. Privacy and grievance officer: Azfar Alam. Email: sales@webinnoovators.com. Telephone: +91 90622 17468. Appointment confirmed by company management on 20 October 2026. This contact designation is not a claim that we are a notified Significant Data Fiduciary or that a statutory Data Protection Officer appointment is required or completed in every jurisdiction.
2. Make a privacy request or service complaint
Email with “Privacy request” or “Service complaint”, or call the number above. Tell us your name, the email or project relationship concerned, the issue, and what you want us to do. Include an order reference for billing disputes. A particular form is not required. An authorised representative may contact us with appropriate authority; we will request proportionate verification where needed. Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, or unnecessary identity documents. If you need assistance using these channels, call or ask us for an accessible alternative.
3. What you may request
You can ask us to explain relevant processing, provide access, correct inaccurate information, assess a deletion request, withdraw consent, stop marketing, or review a complaint. Additional rights, including portability, restriction, opt-out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, and appeal, depend on applicable law. We will explain a lawful refusal or retention requirement. Where we process information for a client, we may need to assist or refer the request to that client rather than decide it ourselves.
4. India: current requirements and DPDP rights
India’s DPDP framework is being brought into force in phases. The notified core rights framework includes information about processing, correction and erasure, grievance redressal, and nomination of another person to exercise rights in specified circumstances. Those statutory rights apply when their relevant provisions commence and within their scope. As at 20 October 2026, the principal processing and rights provisions are scheduled for the 18-month phase under G.S.R. 843(E); this page does not represent that they are all already operative. We can receive and assess requests now under applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Where Indian SPDI Rules apply, a grievance must be redressed expeditiously and within one month. Where Indian E-Commerce Rules apply, consumer complaints must be acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within one month.
5. Overseas requests and timing
We use the deadline required by the law that applies to the request rather than a universal response period. Where Kenyan regulations apply, access requests have a seven-day deadline and rectification requests a fourteen-day deadline; other requests follow their relevant rules. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the usual response period is one month, with a permitted extension explained where justified. Applicable US state deadlines, verification, authorised-agent processes, and appeal rights will be respected where the statute covers the request. We will tell you if more information is needed or a lawful extension applies. You are not required to give up a regulator or court remedy to contact us.
6. Consent withdrawal and marketing objections
Use the unsubscribe or preference mechanism in the relevant communication, tell the sender you wish to stop, or contact Azfar Alam. Identify the channel and address or telephone number involved. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. We may retain a minimal suppression record so that we do not add you again. Necessary communications about an active service, security, or an invoice may continue.
7. Escalation and independent remedies
If our response does not resolve the issue, reply requesting review by the grievance officer and describe the outstanding point. Where a US state law provides an appeal right, state that you are appealing a privacy decision; we will assess it within that law’s requirements. You may approach a competent consumer forum, court, or regulator. In Kenya, see the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner and its complaint channels. In the UK, see the ICO; in the EEA, your competent supervisory authority. Indian DPDP Board remedies become available to the extent provided by the operative legislation and prescribed procedures; where the Act requires first exhausting the company grievance process, that requirement applies. A complaint does not prevent other rights available under applicable law.
