Acceptable Use and Disclaimer

1. Scope
This policy applies to webinnoovators.com, its free tools, and services supplied by Webinnovators Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions where incorporated into an order. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
2. Lawful and authorised use
Use our site and services only for lawful purposes and within the authority you hold. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, submit deceptive information, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights. Do not send confidential records, third-party personal data, or production credentials through general-purpose enquiry or calculator inputs. A diagnostic request is not permission for intrusive testing of systems you do not own or have authority to assess.
3. Marketing and communication standards
Do not ask us to use scraped or unlawfully obtained contact lists, fake reviews or testimonials, misleading offers, fabricated results, discriminatory targeting, unlawful promotions, or deceptive impersonation. Marketing must meet applicable consent, sender-identification, unsubscribe, suppression, advertising, and platform requirements. Customers must provide a lawful basis and the permissions required for any supplied audience or campaign data. An agency contract does not transfer away either party’s legal responsibilities.
4. Tools, estimates, and audits
Free calculators, responsive previews, keyword tools, audits, and diagnostics provide indicative information based on their inputs, assumptions, and available checks. Results can be incomplete or inaccurate and are not an exhaustive penetration test, accessibility certification, accounting opinion, legal opinion, or guarantee of business performance. Check important results independently. We do not promise that using a tool will improve a search ranking, secure a system, or meet every legal requirement. Scope-specific professional testing or advice requires an agreed engagement.
5. AI and generated materials
AI-assisted outputs can contain errors, bias, invented details, or third-party material. Human review, factual checks, suitable testing, and any required rights clearance are needed before deployment or publication. Do not use an unapproved general-purpose AI tool to upload another party’s confidential or personal information. A logo or design is not automatically trademark-cleared, and a marketing statement is not substantiated solely because a tool generated it. Project-specific controls and permitted uses must be agreed in writing.
6. Results, examples, and affiliations
Past work, sample designs, illustrations, forecasts, and case studies do not guarantee identical outcomes. Illustrative imagery should not be treated as proof of a named employee, client, office, certification, or completed project. Third-party names and marks identify their respective services or owners; reference to them does not by itself imply official partnership, endorsement, accreditation, or affiliation. An engagement must clearly state any specific performance commitment.
7. Reporting and proportionate action

We may restrict the affected use to protect users, comply with law, or investigate a material breach. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent protective action may be immediate. This does not permit retention of funds for work not lawfully chargeable or exclude responsibility for our own conduct.
8. No waiver of legal remedies
These limitations describe the purpose and scope of the services; they do not exclude non-waivable warranties, consumer remedies, privacy rights, or liability which law does not allow us to exclude. Complaints and refund requests are handled under the grievance process and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
